The Rotary Club of Forest Grove is proud to welcome Carla & TJ Kimzey as its newest members.

The Kimzeys were inducted into the club during its Satellite Club meeting on Thursday, April 16. Carla and TJ were sponsored for club membership by Jeannine Murrell.

Carla is employed as a business operations finance manager with Farmers Insurance. In this role, she acts as a finance field ambassador, helping to translate and accelerate corporate strategy and initiatives to both distribution and to the field. Her current territory covers 14 states in the Mountain and Central time zones.

Carla was born in raised in Los Angeles, is a graduate of Cal State Northridge and is fluent in Spanish. Outside of work, Carla is passionate about a variety of personal projects, including home improvement tasks, antiquing and miniature painting.

TJ grew up and lived in the Gresham area before moving to Forest Grove. He is a vice president for data analytics at U.S. Bank, where he has managed a nationwide team supporting operational reporting and analytics for the last eight years. In 2020, TJ was recognized as a “Legend of Possible” award winner, an honor bestowed on less than 1% of the bank’s workforce.

TJ is a graduate of Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing, business administration, and information systems and qualitative analysis. He enjoys traveling, miniature painting, games and spending time with family and friends.

Carla and TJ have resided in Forest Grove since 2011 and are the proud owners of the 2000 Viking House, which is also home to their beloved cats, Kirk and Spock.
