Scouting/District Updates

David Noyes will have two hats on for his presentation on Jan. 23. The assistant governor for the Western Region of District 5100, David will provide some updates on district news. As an executive the Cascade Pacific Council of Scouts BSA, David will tell us about some of the changes coming in the Scouting movement.
